Terms and Conditions for the AI School of Possibilities

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our business is incorporated in South Africa and complies with both the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable to clients in the European Union.

All personal data collected is used solely for the purposes of providing our services, communicating with clients, and meeting legal or contractual obligations. We process data lawfully, transparently, and securely, and we never sell or misuse personal information.

Our technology partners, including Hostinger, operate with GDPR-compliant infrastructure based in the European Union. Data is safeguarded through encryption, access controls, and secure storage practices.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.

Article 11: Community Guidelines As part of the course, you will have access to a private WhatsApp community group. By participating, you agree to:

  • Maintain respectful, supportive communication with fellow students

  • Protect the privacy of other community members

  • Not share community discussions or member information outside the group

  • Focus discussions on course-related topics and mutual support

Wholelistic Trading reserves the right to remove any participant who violates community guidelines or disrupts the learning environment.

Article 12: Technical Support and Limitations We provide reasonable technical support for:

  • Course access issues

  • Basic Zoom assistance

  • Email delivery problems

We cannot provide:

  • Individual device troubleshooting

  • Internet connectivity support

  • Advanced technical assistance unrelated to course delivery

Article 13: Force Majeure

Wholelistic Trading shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or internet/technology failures affecting course delivery.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions or provide alternative delivery methods.

Article 14: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wholelistic Trading's liability is limited to the amount paid for the course enrolment. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation. All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, workbooks, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of Wholelistic Trading and are provided for educational purposes only.

Article 15: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by South African law. Any disputes arising from these terms or course participation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

Article 17: Modifications

Wholelistic Trading reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email and will apply to future course enrolments. Current student enrolments remain subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of enrolment.

By enrolling in the AI School of Possibilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
